Ask a Librarian: Access & Borrowing

Will the Library page an item for me?

Answer

The library does not page or hold items for patrons. If you find a physical item in UC Library Search you can locate it in the Call Number and Location Guide and on the detailed Library Floor Plans. You may then check the item out.

There are exceptions for Interlibrary Loan items and Course Reserve items that have been placed on hold.
