When and where can I pick up my Interlibrary Loan (ILL)?

Answer

You will be notified via email when your ILL materials are ready to pick up.  In most cases, you will check out your ILL materials at the UCSB Library Services Desk (1st floor, near the Paseo West Entrance).  Materials can only be picked up by the person who made the original request (faculty and their proxy borrowers may pick up one another’s requests).  If you requested a journal article, you will be sent a link to an electronic copy of the article, with instructions for retrieving it online.  For more information see the Receiving ILL Materials webpage.
