Can Instructional Development digitize Library materials?

The Library’s previous partnership with Instructional Development Video Service (IDVS) to reformat and host 1-time use digital copies of the library’s physical media holdings during COVID-19 was a special exception to copyright law. IDVS will no longer provide faculty this service for Library materials.
