Based in the Library but serving the entire transfer student population at UCSB, the TSC is located on the 1st floor, Ocean Side, behind the blue wall at the bottom of the ramp.  The center is open weekdays from 9am-5pm and provides services, study space, peer mentoring, academic advising, workshops, and access to resources.
