I have an overdue book. Do I have to pay any fees?

Answer

Except in the case of a recalled item, the library does not charge daily overdue fines for material borrowed from the general collection. If you have overdue materials, your borrowing privileges will be blocked and you will not be able to conduct any library transactions until overdue items are renewed or returned.

If you lost a book, the library will charge you to replace the book along with a processing fee. The library does not accept donations as replacements for lost books.

For more information please see the Fines and Fees webpage.
